This policy explains what personal data the Numen app and platform collect, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR. Short version: we collect only what the guide experience needs, we never sell your data, and marketing email is strictly opt-in.
Numen ("we") operates the Numen mobile app and the numenguide.com platform. Contact: [email protected].

We share data only with service providers that help us run the product, under data processing agreements:
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days; invoicing records are kept only as long as tax law requires. See also our data deletion page.
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and withdraw any consent at any time (e.g. the marketing toggle in Settings, or the unsubscribe link in every newsletter). Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Greece: HDPA, dpa.gr).
Numen is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post any changes to this policy here and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

Η εφαρμογή Numen συλλέγει μόνο ό,τι χρειάζεται η εμπειρία ξενάγησης: στοιχεία λογαριασμού, τοποθεσία (με άδειά σου) για να ενεργοποιούνται οι αφηγήσεις στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, δραστηριότητα ξεναγήσεων, φωτογραφίες που προσθέτεις στο recap άλμπουμ, φωνητικές ερωτήσεις προς τον ξεναγό (με άδεια μικροφώνου) και κατάσταση αγορών. Δεν πουλάμε ποτέ δεδομένα σου.
