This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data associated with the AI Tour Guide app, in line with the GDPR and Google Play / Apple App Store requirements.

1. Delete your account and all data

To permanently delete your AI Tour Guide account and all personal data linked to it, send a deletion request:

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject line “AI Tour Guide – Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can verify your identity.

2. Delete specific data (without deleting your account)

You can also ask us to delete specific categories of data (for example your tour history, recap photos, or location data) while keeping your account. Email the same address above and describe which data you want removed.

We respond to every request within 30 days. Data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. issued invoices) is retained for the legally mandated period and then permanently deleted.

1. Διαγραφή λογαριασμού και όλων των δεδομένων

Για να διαγράψεις οριστικά τον λογαριασμό σου στο AI Tour Guide και όλα τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που συνδέονται με αυτόν:

  1. Στείλε email στο [email protected] από τη διεύθυνση που χρησιμοποιείς στην εφαρμογή.
  2. Θέμα: «AI Tour Guide – Account Deletion Request».
  3. Ανάφερε το email εγγραφής σου για επαλήθευση ταυτότητας.

2. Διαγραφή συγκεκριμένων δεδομένων (χωρίς διαγραφή λογαριασμού)

Μπορείς επίσης να ζητήσεις διαγραφή συγκεκριμένων κατηγοριών δεδομένων (π.χ. ιστορικό ξεναγήσεων, φωτογραφίες recap, δεδομένα τοποθεσίας) κρατώντας τον λογαριασμό σου. Στείλε email στην ίδια διεύθυνση και περίγραψε τι θέλεις να διαγραφεί.

Τι διαγράφεται / τι διατηρείται

Στοιχεία λογαριασμού, ξεναγήσεις, φωτογραφίες recap, δεδομένα τοποθεσίας και push tokens διαγράφονται εντός 30 ημερών. Στοιχεία τιμολόγησης (αν έγινε αγορά) διατηρούνται μόνο για όσο απαιτεί η φορολογική/λογιστική νομοθεσία και μετά διαγράφονται οριστικά.

Απαντάμε σε κάθε αίτημα εντός 30 ημερών.
